Shipping & Return Policy

Your purchasing experience with us and your satisfaction are our top priorities. Therefore, we make every effort so that your order arrives as quickly as possible. In most cases the order will be shipped the day after the order was made. In any case, we guarantee to reach the destination within a maximum of 7 business days.

 

The order will be delivered by our courier to the address you entered.

 

All orders above 500 nis are shipped for free and do not involve additional payment, orders below 500nis are being charged a flat fee of 35nis. It should be noted that we deliver to all parts of Israel.

 

Deliveries are made Sunday - Thursday, and Fridays until 14:00.

 

Please note: Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays are not considered business days.

 

After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When the package is delivered to the courier company, you will be updated with another email and on the day of the delivery, the courier will send an SMS message and establish a telephone contact for the purpose of coordinating the arrival.

 

Your order status can be checked on your profile once you registered through our website. 

If at the time of purchase on the website you provided incorrect details and/or an address that is a P.O.D. and/or you were not present at the address registered for delivery and/or there was no answer on the phone number provided by you and/or the delivery was not delivered to you for a reason beyond our control and as a result the order was not delivered to you, you will be charged an additional payment for shipping and handling fees.

 

If the products do not reach you within 14 business days from the date of purchase, please contact our customer service

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that we only offer returns on our frames. Our art prints are printed per order and therefore cannot be returned.

If your order arrived damaged or something is wrong, please contact our customer service and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

 

For our frames, we offer a 30-day return from the date of your receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please note that all returns occur at your own risk and expense. If you wish to make a return, please contact our customer service for further instructions.

Once we receive the items you wish to return, we'll aim to process your refund within a week - but no later than 14 days.

The refund will be made to the original payment method used. It may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank and payment method.

If you wish to make an exchange, please contact our customer service.

Unfortunately, we cannot change your order once it has been placed. However, please contact our customer service immediately afterwards to see if there is anything we can do. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it.
