Where do you ship?
As of now, we ship Israel-wide.
When will I receive my order?
Art prints, frames, and all other products are shipped free of charge within 3-7 business days. For faster shipping or custom designs, please contact our customer service.
How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders above 500nis and any order under this amount there's a flat fee of 35nis.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, you are welcome to contact our customer service at info@artebarte.com.
What is included in your free framing service?
If you buy a print and a matching frame we will frame the print for you for free — unless you tell us otherwise. The print will arrive at your door ready to hang on the wall.
What frames do you offer?
We offer wooden oak frames that are available in most standard sizes with real glass. They are available in 3 colors: natural oak, white, and black.
Can I place a custom order?

Is the white border part of the print?
When you see a print with a white outer border, it is part of the print design.

How do I return my order?
Please note that we only offer returns on our frames. Our art prints are printed per order and therefore can’t be returned.
If your order arrived damaged or there is something wrong with it, please contact our customer service and we will make sure to send you a replacement ASAP. For our frames, we offer a 30-day return from the date of your receipt. The items must be returned in their original condition. Please note that all returns happen at your own risk and expense.

When can I expect my refund?
Once we have received your return, we will strive to process it within a week — but no later than 14 days.
The refund will always be made to the payment method used for the order. It may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank and payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
If you wish to make an exchange, please contact our customer service.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we are not able to change your order once it has been placed. However, please get in touch with our customer service immediately after to see if there is something we can do. If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we might be able to cancel it.
